Fiji Food & Dining: About The Chef

Our Executive Chef, Dor Sami, has been at the Resort for several years. Using fresh herbs, spices and vegetables grown in our own organic garden, the chef produces culinary delights of Fijian, South Pacific and International cuisine for our guests. The extensive wine list has been developed to pair well with food.

All meals are included in the tariff. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the restaurant or poolside. Bula Club meals for children are served separately at remote locations and feature special menus designed just for kids.

Our mealtimes are intended to provide a balance among activities, family time and opportunities for serenity and romance. If you have any special dietary or timing requirements, please discuss them with us.
